Terms of Use

Introduction

This End User License Agreement (the "EULA" or "Agreement") is a legal contract between you (the "End User") and Wow Work LLC ("Wow Work", "we", "us") regarding the application Propelion (the "Licensed Application"), including all its updates, content, and associated services.

Propelion is a platform that enables entrepreneurs, freelancers, and small businesses to create, send, and manage interactive commercial proposals. The Licensed Application is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play.

This EULA is based on the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, adapted for Propelion. By downloading, installing, or using the Licensed Application, you confirm that you accept and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not download or use the Application.

Scope of License

Wow Work grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, limited license to use the Licensed Application on any Apple-branded product or Android device that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the applicable store's terms of service (App Store or Google Play).

• You may not distribute or make the Application available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices simultaneously, except as expressly permitted.
• You may not transfer, redistribute, or sublicense the Licensed Application.
• You may not copy (except as permitted by this license and the Usage Rules), reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, modify, or create derivative works of the Application, its updates, or any part thereof, except to the extent that applicable law expressly prohibits such restriction.

Wow Work reserves all rights not expressly granted in this Agreement.

Auto-Renewing Subscription

Propelion offers a paid auto-renewing subscription that unlocks premium features (such as unlimited proposal creation). The subscription details are as follows:

You can manage and cancel your subscription by accessing your account settings in the applicable store after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period (if offered) will be forfeited upon purchasing a subscription. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change; any applicable price changes will be communicated in accordance with store rules.

Consent to Use of Data

You agree that Wow Work may collect and use technical data and related information — including, but not limited to, technical information about your device, system, application software, and peripherals — gathered periodically to facilitate the provision of software updates, product support, and other services related to the Licensed Application.

Wow Work may use this information, as long as it is in a form that does not personally identify you, to improve its products or to provide services to you. The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement.

Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated by you or by Wow Work. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically, without notice, if you fail to comply with any of its terms.

Upon termination of the license, you must cease all use of the Licensed Application and destroy all copies, full or partial, thereof. The sections relating to warranty, liability, intellectual property, and governing law shall survive termination.

External Services

The Licensed Application may enable access to third-party services and websites (collectively, "External Services"). You agree to use External Services at your sole risk. Wow Work is not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of third-party External Services, and assumes no liability for such External Services.

Data displayed by the Licensed Application or any External Service — including, without limitation, financial, proposal, or client information — is provided for general informational purposes only and is not warranted by Wow Work.

No Warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Licensed Application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", with all faults and without warranty of any kind. Wow Work disclaims all warranties and conditions with respect to the Licensed Application, whether express, implied, or statutory, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, quiet enjoyment, and non-infringement of third-party rights.

Wow Work does not warrant that the use of the Application will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the Application will be compatible with all third-party hardware or software. If the Application proves defective, you assume the entire cost of any necessary servicing, repair, or correction.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent not prohibited by law, in no event shall Wow Work be liable for personal injury or any incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever, including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or any other commercial damages or losses, arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the Licensed Application.

In no event shall Wow Work's total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount you actually paid for the Licensed Application or, as applicable, the subscription amount corresponding to the period in which the event giving rise to liability occurred.

Apple as Third-Party Beneficiary

You acknowledge and agree that Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement and that, upon your acceptance of its terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this Agreement against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.

You also acknowledge that this EULA is entered into solely between you and Wow Work, and not with Apple. Wow Work, and not Apple, is solely responsible for the Licensed Application and its content.

• Apple has no obligation whatsoever to provide any maintenance or support services with respect to the Licensed Application.
• In the event that the Application fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) to you; to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the Application.
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the Licensed Application, including product liability claims, consumer protection or similar legislation claims, or claims that the Application fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement.
• In the event of any third-party claim that the Application or your possession and use of the Application infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, Wow Work — and not Apple — will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of such claim.

You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Support and Maintenance

Wow Work is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services with respect to the Licensed Application, as specified in this Agreement or as required by applicable law. For any questions, support requests, or claims related to the Application, you may contact us at support@wowwork.app.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to Wow Work LLC, without prejudice to any rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence. Use of the Application may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.

Changes to This Agreement

We may update this EULA periodically to reflect changes to the Application, our practices, or applicable law. The current version will always be available at propelion.co/eula-en. Your continued use of the Application after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement.
