Who are we?

Propelion is a product of Wow Work LLC, a company legally incorporated under applicable law. We operate the platform accessible at propelion.co, as well as the Propelion mobile applications available on Google Play and the App Store.

Propelion is a SaaS platform that enables entrepreneurs, freelancers, and small businesses to create and send interactive commercial proposals to their own clients.

Data we collect

We collect only the information necessary for Propelion to function properly. Below we detail the types of data involved:

From registered users (entrepreneurs):

• Full name and email address to create and manage your account.
• Your business name, logo, and brand colors that you voluntarily upload to personalize your proposals.
• Service catalog and pricing that you enter into the platform.
• Proposal information you create: end client name, project description, and selected services.
• Activity data within the platform: proposal history, statuses (draft, sent, viewed, authorized, rejected), and access logs.

From end clients (proposal recipients):

• Full name and email address that the client enters when authorizing a proposal.
• Service selection made within the interactive proposal.
• Date and time the proposal was opened (activity log).

Technical data collected automatically:

• IP address, device type, operating system, and browser used.
• App usage data (pages visited, time on screen, clicks) to improve the experience.
• Technical cookies required for session functionality.

How we use your data

We use the collected data exclusively for the following purposes:

• Creating and managing your Propelion user account.
• Enabling you to create, customize, and send commercial proposals to your clients.
• Displaying the real-time status of your proposals (viewed, authorized, rejected) and sending you transactional notifications.
• Improving the platform through analysis of aggregated and anonymized usage data.
• Sending you service communications related to your account (platform changes, policy updates, support).
• Complying with applicable legal obligations.

We do not use your personal data for third-party advertising. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for commercial purposes.

Sharing data with third parties

Propelion may share data with third parties only in the following cases and under strict controls:

• Infrastructure providers: hosting, database, and processing services required to operate the platform. These providers act as data processors under our instructions.
• Email delivery services (such as Resend or SendGrid) to send transactional notifications (proposal authorization, account confirmations).
• Legal requirements: when required by competent authorities under a valid legal mandate.

Under no circumstances do we sell personal data to third parties.

End client data within the platform

When a registered user (entrepreneur) uses Propelion to send a proposal, the data that their end client enters into the platform (name, email, service selection) is collected on behalf of the entrepreneur.

In this context, the entrepreneur is the data controller with respect to their own client, and Propelion acts as the data processor. The entrepreneur is responsible for having an appropriate legal basis to process such data and for informing their clients accordingly.

Propelion does not use end client data for any purpose other than enabling the interactive proposal to function and notifying the entrepreneur.

Storage and security

All information is transmitted via encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration.

• Passwords stored with secure hashing (never in plain text).
• Access to production data restricted to authorized personnel only.
• Regular backups to ensure data availability.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide the service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by writing to us at support@wowwork.app.

Mobile app permissions

The Propelion mobile app may request the following permissions on your device:

• Camera: to scan or capture your logo and brand images. Only accessed when you explicitly activate it.
• Gallery / storage: to select images of your logo or documents to attach to proposals.
• Push notifications: to send you alerts when your client opens or authorizes a proposal. You may disable them at any time from your device settings.

None of these permissions are used to collect data in the background or for purposes other than those described. We request each permission at the moment you need it, with a clear explanation of its use.

Cookies and similar technologies

Propelion uses strictly necessary technical cookies for user session functionality (authentication and basic preferences). We do not use third-party advertising tracking cookies.

We may use usage analytics tools (such as aggregated access metrics) to improve the platform. This data is processed anonymously and is not linked to your personal identity.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Rectify inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Delete your account and the data associated with it.
• Object to or restrict the processing of your data in cases provided by law.
• Portability: request a copy of your data in a readable format.
• Withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal.

Minors

Propelion is not directed at persons under the age of 18. We do not intentionally collect personal data from minors. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a minor has provided their data on our platform, please contact us immediately at support@wowwork.app so we can delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. When we make material changes, we will notify you via an in-app notice or by email at least 30 days in advance.

The current version will always be available at propelion.co/privacy. Continued use of the platform after notification implies your acceptance of the updated policy.
